Returns Policy

We operate a strict 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Tags must remain attached
• Item must be in original condition
• No scent (deodorant, smoke, fragrance, etc.)
• Returned in original packaging

Items returned after 14 days will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
